Justin Randall Timberlake (born January 31st 1981) is an American pop singer, songwriter, producer, dancer and actor. Timberlake became famous as a founding member of the band ‘N Sync, whose launch was financed by Lou Pearlman. With ‘N Sync, he won six Grammy Awards and an Emmy Award. In 2002 he released his first solo album “Justified”, which was sold in over 7 million copies worldwide.
The second Timberlake’s album “Future Sex / Love Sounds” was released in 2006. Three singles have been number one position in the U.S.: “Sexy Back”, “My Love” and “What Goes Around … Comes Around”. Three other songs made to top 20: “Summer Love”, “Love Stoned” and “Until the End of Time”. By January 2008, “Future Sex / Love Sounds” was sold in over 8 million copies. With his first two solo albums, Timberlake has sold over 18 million copies worldwide, and with ‘N Sync 50 million units.
In 2008 he released the album “4 Minutes” where he sings with Madonna and Timbaland. In 2009 and early he composed for the Ciara’s album “Fantasy Ride” and sung “Dead and Gone” with T.I. For 2010 he is working on a new album that is going to be released later this year and he is invited to perform the soundtrack in a few series and films “Glee”, “Live from Studio Five”, “Dancing on Ice” and a very special performance for “Hope for Haiti Now”
He founded Tennman Records label and a fashion house called William Rast. He is the owner of two restaurants “Destino” and “Southern Hospitality”.
