Ana Ivanovic is a Serbian professional tennis player, born on Belgrade on the 6th of November 1987.

She started playing tennis at 5, after watching several games on television (especially those of Monica Seles), asking her parents to take her to a local tennis school. At her fifth anniversary, she receives of a tennis racket as a gift and the young future champion starts immediately to use it.
The best shot is her forehand.

Her favorite tennis player is Roger Federer, whom she admires for his professionalism demonstrated in the field and in the real life.

She is superstitious, always beats the ball once before serving and tries not to step on the side lines of the field.

She describes herself as obstinate, sensitive, determined and very competitive.

The people who admire most are her family, for the support they have provided.

In 2008, she won Roland Garros and finished second on Australian Open.

She is trained by Craig Gordon, with whom she started working in February 2009.
In 2010, she shoot an incendiary pictorial for Sports Illustrated.
